Keith and his wife Nancy live in Oakhurst, California. He has been an active volunteer at the Madera Rescue Mission since early 2000. He is an ordained Southern Baptist minister, and has been an active member of Yosemite Lakes Community Church in Coarsegold, California since early 2000. Keith and Nancy have one son, a pastor in Burbank, California and five grandchildren.
Keith is an environmental engineer, semi-retired. He is a registered Civil Engineer for the State of California. He is a Past President of the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists (AAEES). AAEES certifies and represents environmental engineers and scientists for the United States. He is a Past President of the American Water Works Association’s California-Nevada Section with over 5000 members.
